Prof. Junhui Hu, Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China

Junhui Hu received his Ph.D. Degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997, and B. E. and M. E. degrees in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 1986 and 1989, respectively. Currently he works for Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China, as a full professor. His research interest is in ultrasonic manipulations, ultrasonic sensors and actuators, ultrasonic nano fabrication, etc. He is a Chang-Jiang Distinguished Professor, China, and an IAAM Fellow. He was an assistant and associate professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from 2001 to 2010, and an R&D engineer at Tokin, Japan, from 1997 to 1999. He authored and co-authored more than 300 publications, including more than 100 full research papers published in SCI journals, three monographs, 1 editorial review in an international journal and more than 60 disclosed/empowered China and Japan patents. He is the sole author of monograph books “Ultrasonic Micro/Nano Manipulations: Principles and Examples” (2014, World Scientific) and “Ultrasonic Nano/Micro Fabrication, Handling And Driving”(2024, CRC). He has given more than 30 keynote/invited lectures at international conferences, and his research work has been highlighted by 7 international scientific media. He served lots of international conferences as a Chairman/Honorary Chairman/Co-chair/Technical Program/Organizing/Scientific Committee member (China, USA, Germany, Japan, etc). He won the Paper Prize from the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (Japan) as the first author in 1998, and IAAM Scientist Medal in 2023. He was once supported by the Shuang-Chuang Project of Jiangsu Province, China, as a “Shuang-Chuang” expert. Presently, he is an editorial board member of four international journals, board member of Chinese Acoustical Society and member of its academic work committee, and deputy director of expert committees on electronic information materials and devices, and on Aerospace materials, Chinese national think tank for materials and devices.
Prof. Simon K.S.Cheung, Hong Kong Metropolitan University, Hong Kong

Dr. Simon K.S. Cheung is currently the Director of IT at Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He received his BSc and PhD in Computer Science and MPA from City University of Hong Kong and University of Hong Kong respectively, and was admitted as IET fellow, IMA fellow, BCS fellow, HKIE fellow, HKCS fellow. He is active in research with 200 publications in the form of books, book chapters, journal articles and conference papers in two distinct areas, namely, technology in education, and software and system engineering. Award in recognition of his achievements include the Outstanding Research Publication Award from Hong Kong Metropolitan University, 1st class Achievement in Computer and IT from Shenzhen Science and Technology Association, Outstanding CIO Award from Hong Kong IT Joint Council, and Honoree for IT Excellence from CIO Asia.
Prof. Riad Taha Al-Kasasbeh, University of Jordan, Jordan
Professor Riad Taha Al-Kasasbeh received his MS in Engineering Science and Ph.D. in Controlling Biological and Electronic Equipment, and his PhD from Saint-Petersburg Electrotechnical University ETU “LETI”, He was a postdoctoral fellow at Konstanz University (Germany). He is currently a Professor at the University of Jordan. He is a member of professional organizations and co-author of over 110 papers (Editions: Springer, IEEE, Taylor & Francis, IASTED, Inderscience, Elsevier, etc.). He is a Visiting Professorship at several Universities including Philadelphia University, Konstanz University (Germany) (HTWG), and Karaganda State Industrial University ( Kazakhstan), "Moscow Power Engineering Institute" (MPEI). He was a Research Fellow of DFG at the HTWG. His research interests include biomedical instrumentation , biophysics, acupuncture, fuzzy logic decision-making, and medical and ecology information systems, Ergonomics. He presented his work at numerous international conferences as a keynote speaker. In addition. He has developed novel clinical methods for the prediction and early diagnosis of heart , stomach diseases, also he has determined features for determining the level of psycho-emotional tension in the man-machine system operators using bio-active points based on fuzzy logic rules. As well as the projects manager in research and development projects that performs scientific research for the Industry and medical departments and organizations local and international .
Prof. Johan Debayle, MINES Saint-Etienne, France

Johan Debayle received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in the field of image processing and analysis, in 2002 and 2005, respectively. In the beginning of 2006, he joined the French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control (INRIA) as a postdoctoral fellow in the field of biomedical image analysis. Since 2007, he is an Associate Professor in the Mathematical Imaging and Pattern Analysis Group within the SPIN Center and the LGF Laboratory, UMR CNRS 5307 at the ‘Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Etienne’ in France. In 2012, he received the French Habilitation degree (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) in the field of mathematical imaging from the University Jean Monnet of Saint-Etienne in France. He was a Visiting Scholar for 3 months in 2015 at the University of Kaiserslautern/ITWM Fraunhofer, Germany. He has been elevated to the grade of IEEE Senior Member in 2015. Since 2015, he is the Head of the Department PMDM of the LGF Laboratory, UMR CNRS 5307. His research interests include adaptive image processing, pattern analysis and stochastic geometry.
Assoc. Prof. T. Velmurugan, University of Madras, India
Dr. T. Velmurugan is working as an Associate Professor in the PG and Research Department of Computer Science and Applications, Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai-600106, India. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. He has 30 years of teaching experience. He guided more than 300 M.Phil., Research Scholars. Also, he guided 23 Ph.D. scholars and currently guiding 6 Ph.D. scholars. He has published more than 175 articles in SCOPUS and SCI indexed journals. He elected and served as a Senate Member from Academic Council, University of Madras. He has a lot of administrative experiences. He served as advisory board member to many academic institutions in and around Tamil Nadu, India. He was an invited speaker and keynote speaker for many international conferences around the world. He served as a nominated Senate Member in the Middle East University, Dubai, UAE for a period of three years. He is a member in Board of studies for many autonomous institutions and Universities. Also, he organized international Conferences and workshops. In addition, he was a resource person for various national workshops entitled "Scientific Research Article Writing and Journal Publications" and many of the recent topics in Computer Science. He is an Editorial Board Member of 10 International Journals. He also a reviewer in many peer reviewed journals like Elsevier, Springer, IEEE and IOSPress Journals etc. He is the Chair person for the Government of Tamil Nadu State for XII standard book titled as “Electronics and Hardwares”. Further, he is a visiting faculty for M.Phil. Course for various universities throughout India. His H index is 21 and i10 index is 31. His area of specialization includes Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Network Security, Big Data Analytics, Data Science and etc.

Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences. Prof. Guohua Xie, Xiamen University, China
Dr. Guohua Xie obtained his Ph.D. degree from Jilin University (China) in 2011, working on OLED microdisplays. From August 2011, Dr. Xie carried out his postdoctoral research at TU Dresden (Germany), sponsored by Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, investigating the stability of OLEDs. From January 2013 to January 2015, Dr. Xie worked for an OLED-based interdisciplinary project to treat skin cancer with OLEDs at the University of St Andrews (UK). From 2015 to 2022, he served as an associate professor at the College of Chemistry and Molecular Sciences of Wuhan University (China). Since 2023, Dr. Xie joined Xiamen University (China) as a full professor, working on the interdisciplinary research of the emerging optoelectronic materials and devices. Dr. Xie has co-authored over 250 peer-reviewed publications with an H-index of 51 and contributed to 1 book as the editor-in-chief. In 2020, Dr. Xie has been admitted as a Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry. Currently, he also serves as a member of Youth Editorial Board respectively for “Chinese Journal of Luminescence”, “SmartMat”, “InfoMat”, “InfoScience”, and “The Innovation”.

Samir Ladaci received the State Engineer degree in Automatics from the Polytechnic School of Algiers in 1995 and the Magister degree in Industrial Automation from Annaba University, Algeria in 1999. He received his Ph.D. and HDR degree (Habilitation à diriger les Recherches) from the department of Electronics, Mentouri University of Constantine, Algeria in 2007 in collaboration with the Ecole Centrale de Nantes France, and 2009 respectively.
From 2001 to 2013, he was an assistant professor and then associate professor (Maitre de conférence 'A') in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Skikda University, Algeria. And from December 2013 to October 2021 ha was with the National Polytechnic School of Constantine, Algeria as a Full Professor in Automatics and Control Engineering since January 2015. Beginning from 1rst November 2021 he joins the Ecole Nationale Polytechnique at Algiers, Algeria where he is the Head of the research group '.Automation, Optimized Systems and Fractional Order Control' at the Laboratory of Advanced Multidisciplinary Industrial & Systems Engineering.
He authored more than 200 papers in indexed journals and international conference proceedings and coauthored a Book and many book chapters; he also supervised more than 11 (ended) PhD theses.
